At OMNIA Brush, we stand behind the superior craftsmanship of our professional-grade tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Brushes

  Securely place the unused brushes in their original individual packaging and use a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
